Upgrade the three firing ranges on the John Morony Complex and bring them into alignment, with the current civilian requirements for live practice firing ranges, as specified by the NSW Police Firearms Registry. Construct the stop butts to a height of 8.5m and side walls to 3.5m. Installation of Jute Mesh & hydra mulch. Construct footings and erect 25m & 50m ballistic baffles. Installation of 350m2 of concrete hardstand and 600m2 of turf.
