Construct 280m block retaining wall up to 4m high. Construct 80m x 3m high reinforced concrete spillway. Sandstone rip rap construction(600T). Excavation and backfilling, drainage, major sewer encasement and relocation works, 4000m2 of bush regeneration, landscaping and turfing.
